Tomorrow will be the first day of the camp. Awesome!
I know some people will get all pissy cos they gotta leave their com :P
HAHA! Just kidding.
Anyway, I hope all of you guys will enjoy the camp.
Well I'll repeat some of the details here.

- report at 8pm at the parade square if it's not raining.
- if rain, report outside Class 4A-4D.
- school tee & red bottom, tucked in.
- no colored shoes, coloured socks & coloured hair.

Please remember the PINK CO TEE & SCHOOL SKIRT/SHORTS
not forgetting your utensils, plate & mug. :)

Thanks for tagging on the tagboard! Continue to tag! Don't leave the blog dead can?? But! No nasty comments. =D We appreciate your concerns dear seniors! We will work hard! Very hard! Must believe in ourselves okay JSSCO? We can overcome any obstacles as long as we work together in unity as one. =D No obstacle can stop JSSCO.

Calvin the Quarter Master has something to tell you all but forgot to announce it just now at the debrief:

"Everyone! Please remember to tell me that you are borrowing the instruments! The music stands have all been labelled according to instruments, please kindly take the ones only for your instrument. And please place them back in the specific drawer in case of misplacing. Thirdy, please fork out some time during, before or after practice to label your name on the stand.

Note: one name per masking tape, each stand can only be shared by two at max.

Lastly, please bring your music stands to sectionals. =) It may not be convenient but we don't want you to place your scores on the table and you try to bend forward to see it, bad for your body! Thanks everyone! "

Just to add on, for the masking tape and permanent marker you can approach Yue Ling or Tian Xiao as they have the items stated. Please kindly bring your music stands to sectionals. Get used to the stands, you have to use stands during combined and performances. Most importantly it concerns about your health. If you bend too much to see the score you might develop a hunchback. That's bad ya know? We don't want to see JSSCO members with a hunchback distincting us clearly from other CCAs. Take care, your health should be the priority! =D

Hello everyone!

O Level examinations are coming up, N level's staring, and End Of Year exams are just round the corner! Please study hard, eat more fruits (stay healthy), drink more water, and relax when appropriate (don't get too stressed up until everything inside start collapsing!).

Next week there are NO CO PRACTICE EXCEPT ON FRIDAY!!!
Friday's practice starts 9am to 12nn, first combined then sectional.
I'm sure the SLs have sent smses to you guys! PLEASE REPLY SMSES if you can, so that we know you know that you know. =P

There is a concert next year's March, so to the Sec1s who are still not familiar with your instruments, say HI today and bring him/her home with you. Bring home to practise and not put as decorations because it's pretty!

Our seniors did the first Espresso @ Kopistop two years ago, and now, we're going to do it again as post exam activity.
The Juorng Kopistop is just infront of the F&N room. that small pretty stage with a big whiteboard behind. Yeah there!
One performance per day during recess (at different times), and for that, we're gonna pick soloists, or people to play in small groups. Thus, practise your instru at home, build some chemistry between you and your instrument, sleep together, eat together. So if you're chosen, at least you're prepared!

Do stay tuned for more announcements, drop by every now and then and say "hi" at the tagboard! We are open to constructive and valuable suggestions for improvements for the blog or even the CO. Just leave your suggestion at the tagboard, and we'll see :D
